Underground crews installed numerous utilities consisting of 10,400 Linear Feet of pipe. Also installed was a hot water system that consisted of 600 Linear Feet of Logstor Steam/ Hot Water Pipe, made of custom material manufactured in Holland. The underground work required four deep excavation tie-ins located in the middle of a busy intersection that required extensive coordination, traffic control, and heavy equipment. Continuous coordination, multiple design changes, and unforeseen conditions were just some of the challenges crews faced.

The landscape crew worked on a wide variety of tasks including high end site furnishings, roughly 4,000 cyds of foam installation, sedum roof garden, an outdoor fitness center, and planted nearly 10,000 trees and shrubs.
