As the Director of Preconstruction, Ed oversees processes related to design-build and other alternative delivery methods. He is responsible for developing and managing our client and design team relationships on these projects and is skilled at identifying project-specific risks while producing detailed and accurate estimates. His efforts lead to a seamless transition between preconstruction efforts and field activities. Ed started his career in 1997 and joined McGuire and Hester in 2006. He skillfully navigates the construction industry's paced environment while enjoying working as part of a team with one goal in mind. Seeing the finished product is a source of pride for him. Ed also enjoys working with teams outside of work as he volunteers as a coach for his children's many sports activities.
