Description

McGuire & Hester completed all of the site work, including rough and fine grading, building pad construction, site utilities, site paving, site concrete work, landscaping, irrigation, furniture, fencing, and low-voltage landscape lighting.

The building faces spectacular, sweeping views of the bay. The windows ( installed by View Glass) allow employees to enjoy the views and daylight without curtains or shades. In addition, the office includes a large kitchen area that opens to the outdoor patio, complete with a fire pit, grill, and bocce court to host gatherings.

Artifacts and materials from McGuire and Hester’s past projects, including sourced wood and an original drag bucket, are utilized both functionally and aesthetically throughout the office to showcase the company’s foundational roots and evolution.

The result is a building designed and constructed to LEED Gold standards; it meets modern needs while paying tribute to McGuire and Hester’s roots.
