Emergency Culvert Replacement

Following an unusually wet winter, railroad spotters identified a culvert washout that was approximately 80 feet deep and 200 feet wide underneath a span of the railway.

M&H emergency crews were called in to stabilize the slopes and get a new drainage culvert system in place. The team working 7 days a week around the clock, utilized a Hytracker system to quickly transport equipment to rail sites and quickly get off and on the track.

The successful completion of this project motivated the client to utilize our crews and Hytracker system to make other essential repairs along the Feather River Corridor.
