This new courthouse will have 20 courtrooms, consisting of approximately 234,000 square feet, and totaling eight stories, plus a penthouse level and a basement for secure parking and detention holding.

McGuire and Hester will be performing the Landscape and Irrigation, import soils, bio-swales, specimen trees, misc. metals, and green roof using American Hydrotech systems. With very tight access, including the 3rd floor roof, this project was performed in two major phases.
