This landscape project included a design build irrigation system. To meet the challenge of irrigating this remote location, we conducted an internal challenge amongst the Landscape Group members. We ultimately designed an automatic system with a solar powered pump system.

Due to budget constraints, a small bank of batteries collected and stored power allowing the use of a more cost effective solar array. Collecting and planting local wetland native plants while conforming to the Bay Friendly operation requirements meant custom landscape methods and materials.

McGuire and Hester performed a three year maintenance period with a very low attrition rate. The ultimate result was the successful restoration for this wetland serving as a habitat for several endangered species.
