The HGST Campus is expanding to include a new 135,000 SF (4) Story Administration Building, a 103,000 SF (2) Story Research & Development Building, and associated sitework improvements.
McGuire and Hester was awarded the landscape scope of this package which includes specimen Palm trees, planting, two-wire irrigation, biotreatment basins, subdrains, decomposed granite paving, CorTen steel planters, concrete unit pavers, bike lockers and racks, lighted handrails and a guard shack.
