Desription

Due to the complexities of the job, the existing station was required to be taken out of service and demolished before the new station was installed. The project involved complex bypassing systems designed by M&H to continue service to over 1⁄4 of the City of Davis’ sanitary sewer flows during the interim of the construction. The project included deep sewer excavation in City streets, bypassing, coordination with City staff and facilities to keep the system operational and neighborhood restoration after the work was completed.
