McGuire and Hester Foundation Mission The mission of the McGuire and Hester Foundation, established in 1955, is to contribute to educational and social programs relating to family needs. Because the need for education is so paramount for the development of our youth, it is the desire of this Foundation to provide for the youngest in our communities. This does not mean that other projects within the guidelines will not be considered.
