McGuire and Hester is a heavy civil engineering construction company, specializing in Grading, Paving, Underground Pipelines and Concrete Structures. We serve both governmental and private customers mainly in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Having small as well as large projects makes our work more interesting, spreads risk, opens doors to greater opportunities, and establishes us as active member of the communities we operate in.
Owners of multi-phase projects are realizing that with McGuire and Hester's four divisions performing all phases of the site work, they can use us as a one-stop shop. This one-stop shop approach results in less rework, timely completion and ultimately lower total project cost.
Today, the pursuit of safety is paramount - and safety and quality go hand-in-hand. At McGuire and Hester we have implemented our own Safety "Cents" program with the goal of zero lost time accidents.
